"Compatibility was a headache, honestly"
I bought this thinking it would be straightforward, but the software compatibility ended up being a mess. It just would not run right with my DJ app, no matter what I tried. I checked the support pages too, and they really didn’t help much. Annoying, annoying

"Controls feel kinda all over the place"
I tried using reloop.com and the layout just got on my nerves. The basic controls arent where I expected them to be, and the whole workflow feels clunky. I kept clicking around just trying to do simple things, which got frustrating fast. Maybe other people dont mind it, but it wasnt really for me

"Doesn’t feel as solid as I expected"
I picked up a reloop controller thinking it would feel sturdy for the price, but it hasn’t given me that impression. The knobs feel a bit loose, the plastic casing flexes when I press buttons, and after just a few weeks one of the faders started feeling scratchy. Maybe I just got a bad unit, but my quick read is: if the controls already feel this flimsy, I don’t trust it to hold up long-term

I reached out to support by email and never got a reply. I kept waiting and checking back, but nothing came through. For me, that’s disappointing, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending them based on this experience.

"Setup was more hassle than I expected"
I was just trying to get up and running quickly on Reloop, so I don’t think I was asking for much, but the setup ended up being really frustrating. The steps felt scattered, and I kept getting sent back to the same screens like I had missed something obvious.
Maybe it works fine once everything is finally set up, and I’m sure some people won’t mind figuring it out, but I didn’t feel like I should have had to guess my way through it. The help pages didn’t really clear things up either, so it left me with a bad first impression.

"Using It Felt Like a Tiny Wrist Disaster"
I really wanted this to work, but the design just feels awkward in actual use. It’s clumsy to handle, and after a short while my wrists started complaining like I’d put them through some kind of endurance test. Not comfortable at all for me.

"Broke way too fast"
I bought this from reloop.com i’m disappointed. It worked fine in the beginning, but after just a few weeks the buttons started feeling loose and one of the knobs got scratchy. I only use it at home, nothing heavy or professional, so I really wasn’t expecting issues this soon. For the price, it should’ve held up much better. I’d at least expect an apology or some kind of acknowledgment from them, because this isn’t what I thought I was paying for. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The box showed up badly crushed, which was frustrating because it felt totally avoidable. The packaging just wasn’t secure enough to protect it during shipping.

I just needed one small replacement part and couldn’t find it anywhere. Support didn’t really help much either, which was frustrating. It’s disappointing when a whole piece of gear becomes useless because of one tiny part

I expected a lot better. The sound came across really flat and kind of muddy, with no real bass or detail. I messed around with the settings for a while, but that felt unnecessary because it still ended up sounding cheap to me.

My brother tried helping me sort it out too, and we both ran into the same issue: the drivers feel outdated and the firmware support is just not where it should be. I was not happy with the repair service. I expected the issue to be fixed properly, but the quality was really poor and it felt like the job was rushed. The problem didn’t seem handled with much care, and now I’m left feeling like I wasted my time and money.

Not gonna lie, I went into this expecting it to be more useful than it actually was. The feature set feels bare, and a lot of the basic things I need either aren’t there at all or feel unfinished. After trying to make it work, it just ended up being more hassle than it was worth for me.
